synopsis
Toronto, love it or hate it; the overwhelming chaos of the city, the noise and the smog, an experimental response to living in Toronto. Shot in 3 different mediums - mini DV, 16mm and super 8 - hand processing attempts to subvert the reign of video and "take back film" by shooting video onto film. |

| artists biography: Juliana Saragosa makes short movies in Toronto. She likes physical interactions with film that create a personal alchemical reaction. The chemicals and the optical printer at LIFT are her favorite tools. |
